Delivery platform

Software infrastructure for complex operations.

A different way to build software for regulated operations. Instead of writing a system from scratch, we model your business logic on a platform already proven at national scale, so it goes live in months, fully auditable, and built to hold.

Two ways to build. Which one is right for you?

The quickest way to decide. If several of the left-hand points describe you, the platform is usually the faster, safer route. If not, we build custom, and we’ll tell you so.

A STRONG FIT IF…

  • Your domain is regulated: audit, access control and traceability are non-negotiable
  • The value is data, workflow and governance: claims, licensing, records, back-office operations
  • Your rules change often and the system has to keep up without a rebuild
  • It needs to connect to systems you already run
  • Many roles, many locations, and people working in the field
  • You need to be live in months, not years
  • You may want to licence the finished system on to your own clients

BUILD CUSTOM INSTEAD IF…

  • The product itself is the differentiator and a one-of-a-kind interface is the point
  • The workflow is genuinely novel, with no existing model to build on
  • It's consumer-facing and brand-led, where the experience is the value
  • You need full ownership of a bespoke codebase on your own roadmap

Not sure? That’s the most common answer. Bring the problem in rough form and we’ll tell you straight which way to build, on a 30-minute call.

The idea

You model how the business works. You don’t rebuild the software.

Most builds spend their first months rebuilding the same plumbing: the data layer, the rules engine, access control, the audit trail, deployment. On the platform, that already exists. You describe your data, your rules and your workflows, and the platform runs them exactly as defined.

Because every outcome comes from rules you can read, not bespoke or generated code, execution is consistent, every change is versioned, and every decision is explainable to a regulator who asks how it was reached.

  • 01Business logic, separated from the engineThe platform upgrades and scales underneath without touching your system.
  • 02Transactional and deterministicEvery operation completes cleanly or not at all; the same input gives the same result.
  • 03Auditable by defaultWho did what, under which rule, and when, recorded for every record.

What’s in the box

One platform where most teams assemble a dozen systems.

01

Model-driven builder

Data model, screens, rules and deployment, designed in one place.

02

Governed workflows

A strongly-typed, transactional business-rules layer that stays human-readable.

03

Records & data core

Access control and a full audit trail built into the data itself.

04

Governed APIs & events

Connect to the systems you already run; expose data safely to those that need it.

05

Instant mobile

Your screens on any device, with camera, location and push for field and inspection work.

06

Documents & reports

Generate the paperwork, certificates and reports the process produces.

07

Automated delivery

Testing through to deployment is handled, without a separate DevOps function to build and maintain.

08

Sovereign hosting

Run on purpose-built, privately owned infrastructure, and data centres with upgrades, scaling and security handled.

Why it’s worth a conversation

The short version of the payoff.

  • 01Live in months, not years.
  • 02Less code means less to maintain, and less to go wrong.
  • 03Deterministic and auditable, so it stands up to a regulator.
  • 04Proven in production at national scale.
  • 05Own it, extend it, or licence it on to your own clients.

In production

Regulated systems, live and at national scale.

Governments, regulators, and private operators. The platform isn’t only for the public sector.

Built for scrutiny

The controls a regulator asks for.

On most builds, these are projects in themselves. On the platform, they come with the foundation.

Built into the framework

  • Audit trail on every action
  • Role-based access, least privilege
  • Full per-record traceability
  • Electronic records and signatures

Configured per deployment & managed hosting

  • Single sign-on (SAML) & MFA
  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Retention & records management
  • Continuous security patching
  • Legally-certified electronic archiving
  • Sovereign, owned hosting
