Coordinating donors and recipients ran on manual administrative steps and fragmented data. A compatibility evaluation, checking whether an organ matches a patient, could take hours or even days. In a life-or-death window, that delay is a risk, not an inconvenience.
With no clear way to track progress, administrative steps interfered with the medical journey and added stress for families at the hardest possible time.
Our approach
Delivered through the Preux network on our compliance-ready platform: the first integrated digital platform for the complete management of transplants in the country, centralising donor and recipient data in one secure, governed environment.
At its core is a matching engine that resolves the intricate maths of compatibility, timing and scarcity in real time, with a monitoring function so clinicians can record patient progress and generate reports and documentation instantly.
It was built with the people who use it: more than 50 specialists, from transplant coordinators to heads of accredited centres, took part in analysis, testing and validation, and were trained for sustainable adoption across every step of the process.
