Preux is a London software firm built around a simple idea: the senior people who shape the work should be the ones who deliver it. No pyramid, no handoff, no theatre.
The case for small
The Big Four economics depend on that pyramid. We invert it. A small team of senior engineers and product people takes the work from first principle to production — the people you meet are the people who build. It is the simplest reason our systems tend to age well, and the hardest thing for a larger firm to copy.
We compete with the calibre and rigour of the large consultancies, and the accountability and access of a studio you can actually reach — without the overhead or the change-request machinery in between.

The Preux relationship stays the single point of ownership; partners expand what we can ship cleanly, never who you have to chase.
We are based in London and deliver across the UK, the US, and Europe, with a strong network across European chanceries and institutions. Founded and led by Matthew Rogers.
