The challenge
A technologically obsolete archiving system had become a source of systemic risk: archiving a single document could take up to 10 working days, and the records were difficult to secure, search, or legally certify.
The ministry needed a platform that could hold over a billion documents and still stay fast, governed, and affordable to run — for 30,000+ users across local, regional, and national offices.

Delivered through the Preux network on our compliance-ready application framework — integrated data, workflow orchestration, and automated deployment, proven over a decade in government production. The replacement was in production within 12 months.
