The challenge
Recruiters were consumed by repetitive work: pre-screening, email threads, calendar tennis across time zones, and constant ATS data entry. In a market with chronic talent shortages, slow responses lose qualified clinicians to whoever replies first.
Credential verification and interview coordination were manual and error-prone, and data lived fragmented across the ATS, calendars and inboxes, with no real-time view of the pipeline.
Our approach
We scoped the assistant to the work that actually consumes a recruiter's day: it answers candidate questions over chat and email, screens and ranks résumés by certifications and specialty, and books interviews against live calendars with automated reminders.
It updates the ATS autonomously, logging interactions and advancing candidates through pipeline stages, so the system of record stays current without anyone typing.
